At Cleanse, we maintain the highest standards of product integrity to ensure that every bottle delivered to our clientele is pristine and untampered with. Due to the intimate nature of luxury fragrance and our commitment to authenticity, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference. In the rare event that an item arrives physically damaged or defective, we invite you to contact our concierge within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may facilitate a prompt resolution or replacement. We encourage our customers to confirm their selections carefully before purchase, as orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the processing phase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which allow us to continue providing the exclusive, high-quality service our patrons expect.
